Refund Policy

We have a 14-day withdrawal and return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your return to the original shipping address unless instructed by us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for approved returns.

We will cover the cost of return shipping, and return shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund amount.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning the item so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For faulty items, please contact Lagacci.supp@gmail.com within 14 days of the item arriving. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item that is damaged

  • A description of the problem

  • Photographic evidence

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

Order Cancellation

Canceling your order before it has been processed is free.

For the best chance of canceling or changing your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

We are unable to edit orders or change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
